4 hour bottomless brunch with amazing food and cocktails, how can you go wrong šŸ˜

This brunch option is offered every Friday and consists of several small plates including unique fish and meat dishes āœØ

A definite highlight was the marinated tuna and quinoa salad which was so fresh and flavoursome šŸŸ

Secondly, the wagyu tartare served in cones with truffle, mustard and pickle mayo was amazing and the presentation was ā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļø

We were also served two delicious salad plates, one with beetroot, orange dressing and feta cheese and the second was a take on the traditional potato salad with boiled eggs, truffle emulsion, olives and chives āœØ

Further seafood dishes included tempura crab and cod cakes with garlic and lemon emulsion topped with freeze dried raspberries. Additionally we all loved the garlic prawns in a Thai green curry style sauce with plenty of chilli šŸŒ¶

After the small plates, the next course was beautifully presented sea bass on a bed of grilled vegetables with fresh herbs and oil šŸ’š To accompany the fish, wagyu steak with stewed black beans and garlic rice was also served for the meat eaters (totally forgot to photograph this but was lovely and cooked to perfection)

Finally, the sweet was a selection of Portuguese pastries including pastel de nata, sticky almond cake and chocolate and hazelnut slices along with sorbet and fresh fruit bowls šŸ§

Throughout your brunch you were able to chose drinks from an extensive cocktail list or alternatively beer, wine or fizz if preferred šŸ„‚ Iā€™d recommend the white sangria or port tonic but everything was fab šŸ„°
